Respecting a menial but professional worker creates a good workplace! 

(작지만 소중한 일을 하는 사람들을 존경하는 것이 좋은 직장을 만드는 첫걸음이다!) 

'A cleaner became a life-time MVP at a prestigious Football Club in Germany. '

Anton (Tony) Huefler had worked at Eiintracht Frankfurt Football Club as a facility management worker. His work was clearing, cleaning, and managing players' uniforms and shoes. In memory of Cha Boom, a Korean soccer superstar, everyone including soccer players, high rank officers at the Football club, and fans respect Tony for his authentic attitude for his work. Tony is in the list of Hall of Fame and a member of life-time MVP at the Frankfurt Football Club. 

A good workplace can be built with a respecting people who take occupation with heart. 

"Every occupation deserves respect"

P.S.) In the US, I commonly observe the school administrators are these type of respectful personnels.
