Based on the buisness inquiry such as

 

"How to manage oneself?"

"How to get people to work by themselves?"

 

Students form teams by themselves, and they work on the semester long project.

2021 SPRING MGS3020 ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR COURSE:

 

 

This is the course project outcomes of MGS3032 (Organizational Behavior) - 2021 Spring that was organized and operated by Dr. Jeonghwan (Jerry) Choi and his students. 

 

The inquiry of the course was "How to get people to work by themselves?". The questions overarched the recent managerial chanllenges such as 'Motivation, Personal difference, Organizational Structure, and Leadership' issues in the global and technology era. 

32 students formed 7 teams.

Seven teams talked produced the 5 +/2 minutes video contents that applied 'interview, performance, research, presentation, role-modeling, story-telling, and simulations".
