Feb. 28, 2022,  1PM ~ 1:30PM, WKU CBPM MGM two old guys (Rob and Jerry) visited Dr. Eric Yang (WKU VPAA) to share our suggestions for WKU CBPM MGM Class Operations Improvement.

The VPAA listened to our ideas, and he will immediately improve the Pass/Fail option.

And the other suggestions such as Classroom allocation will be discussed with appropriate persons in charge to make continual improvements.

Mar. 01, 2022. Classroom misallocation problem occured continually

2022.03.07: WKU CBPM Dean Said "No Travel Outside of Wenzhou". And, No class accommodation for the new cases would not be given.

2022. March. 10 (2:24AM) - Urgent Notice of "NO CLASS ON THURSDAY" from unknown WKU 'health authority' and WKU VCAA.

Problem:

1. Not prepartion 'time' to deal with this situation

2. No clear class conversion class protocol under pandemic situation

2022. March. 10 (5:24AM): Notification of "REMOTE CLASS" until furthter notice via Email and WeChat.

2022. March. 15 (Noon): Classroom Mess-up (WKU CBPM A201) for Poor Classroom Operation.

2022. April 25: No-clear Class Protocol under Pandemic Situation throughout whole semester from WKU Academic Affairs.

WKU Academic Affairs simply push Instructors accommodate the pandemic situation by themselve without any clear class protocol or guide.

CBPM office guided, Students need to contact "Student Affairs" to administer the exam under quarantine.

But this was a false information! (2022.04.26)

Exam administration for quaratined students whould not be operated by "Student Affairs". No coordination or help came from students affairs!

2022.04.25: Too late Research Day Policy (No Class) Notification to adjust class schedule.

Two working days to change class schedule was too late to accommodate.

This ignorance and 'no-planning', spontaneous operation happens frequently.

Moreover, the seminar is not for Business major students. Irrevant students utilization for nothing.

2022.05.07: Class Overbooking and/or Class Size Mismatching Problem from WKU CBPM Office.

Example MGS2030 W01, W02): Combined 39 + 39 = 78 seats (only capable at A101). But the original class size should be no more than 30 each section.

CBPM Office continaully increased the class cap with no 'reason' keeping violating the "small classroom policy".
