Ground Rules for Foreign Faculty Senator Community (Online & Offline Communication) 

This is a Group of the Foreign Faculty Senate (FFS)at Kean University Wenzhou campus's College of Business to improve the service quality for foreign faculty members.

Basically, WKU FFS aims to “improve the well-being of Foreign Faculty Members' in WKU.

FFS is to legitimate participation in the college's operation for Foreign Faculty Members well-being aligning with HQ campus' Employee Well-Being Initiative 2022.

FFS will be building collegiate and mutually supporting academic evironment that is well aligned with Kean CBPM Mission, Vision, Value, Ethical standards, and Strategic Objectives.

We would strongly advocate the American College Education and its Academic degree through serving Kean HQ’s goals.

To maintain a respectful and confidential SNS community for college teachers, we establish the following ground rules:

  1. Respect and Confidentiality: Treat all discussions and information shared within the community with utmost respect and confidentiality.
  2. Professionalism: Maintain a professional tone and demeanor in all interactions, avoiding personal attacks or offensive language.
  3. Constructive feedback: Provide feedback and engage in discussions in a constructive manner, promoting growth and learning among community members.
  4. Active Listening: Listen attentively to others' perspectives and opinions, promoting open and respectful dialogue.
  5. Non-Disclosure: Do not disclose any confidential or sensitive information about students, colleagues, or the institution.
