Plagiarism is a significant "CRIME", cheating the invaluable intellectual property!

The plagiarist cheated DR. Gracia D. Rosario's intellectual property by not only by 'copying and pasting' but also 'manipulating' her data.

Taking a long and harsh journey to claim the plagiarism issue to a big publisher and international journal, Dr. Gracia Del Rosario succeeds in retracting the paper. (See the below full story).

However, the cheater is not attempting to sue her for 'under honoring case.' This is a dirty war between a weak innocent victim and a strong and malicious criminal.
