"I completely agree that Knowledge Management is becoming increasingly important in the AI era, especially for Human Resource Development.

However, when knowledge generated by individuals is used for organizational purposes without compensation, it raises questions. Should we consider protecting individual knowledge and learning while encouraging its sharing for AI applications?"
