But, how to develop these self-identity and psychological positivity in MNCs? Delivering a training and development program would not be sufficient because people's competences, especially Leadership, are commonly developed by their jobs (70%) and assessment (20%).
Training & Educational intervention is not the first option, but it should be a final option to develop human within an organization after endeavoring for improving job assignment and talent assessment.
