2023. 10. 28: Feedback

process in January that will guide the RTR allocation for AY 2024/2025.

  • Better to focus on one paper/project for the proposal, other projects can be submitted to other support sources (SpF, etc.)
  • One project appears to overlap with another faculty member's RTR proposal, in the future only one PI will be able to submit a single project proposal to RTR
  • Confusing that 4 different projects are listed as the Title of Research Project at the top, all with a single author but the project describes one specific project and notes various co-authors.
  • Notes AMA conference Chicago August 2023 but that was several months ago.
  • "Purpose of Research Project" would be stronger with clear ties to existing literature and where this project fits within the existing literature
  • Better to pick a specific primary and secondary journal to guide the literature review and structure of the manuscript.
  • Be aware that the IRB approval was for one year and may need to be revisited

Answering the feedback

  • Regarding the AOM Conference, I apologize for the oversight—it's slated for 2024 in Chicago.
  • Our primary research focus remains on "Social Entrepreneurship '' until its acceptance in a renowned journal such as AMLE or the Journal of Business Ethics (our main target journals).
  • Additionally, our secondary research on "Agile Management," which involves collaboration with various faculty members from WKU/Kean USA, received IRB approval last week.
  • We will be initiating data collection shortly.
