[Proposal] Educational Retreat Program in Seoul, Korea (Collaborated with Deokseong Women's University)

Duration: 2+1 weeks (February, August)

Accommodation:

 

Weeks 1 & 2: Duksung Women's University Dormitory (Breakfast provided on weekdays) Week 3: Jongno Residence (Twin-sharing rooms) Guidance & Support:

Leader: A guide will be provided for assistance (typically, female guides are preferred; often, these are staff from international exchange programs).

University Support: Student helpers from Duksung Women's University, including those from the Chinese Language Department, will assist participants.

Customization:

2-Week Program: A shortened 2-week course can also be tailored upon request.

Sister University: Duksung Women's University has a partnership with Kean University in the USA. Collaborations or joint programs can be explored.

For Diaspora Students: Special short-term courses during holidays for American-Korean diaspora students can be organized.

Program Structure:

Mornings:

Korean Language Classes: 3-4 hours (Total of 45 hours) Afternoons:

Cultural Experiences: Total of 15 hours

Wednesdays: Half-day cultural performances, e.g., Nanta.

Fridays: Full-day cultural excursions, e.g., Lotte World, Nami Island.

Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays: Optional additional programs can be organized. (Note: Additional fees may apply for instructor compensation) Unique Selling Point:

One of the key advantages of the Global Education Center at Duksung Women's University is the convenience of having classrooms (on the 1st and 2nd floors) and dormitories (from the 3rd to 6th floors) within the same building, offering participants an integrated learning environment.

- 미국 Kean univ.하고 자매대학이나 이런 것도 국제처에서 좋아할 거라고 말함 - 미국 교포학생들 방학 단기 과정도 하고 싶다고 하심 <과정 일반>

- 오전 : 한국어 3-4시간(45h) + 오후 문화체험 (15h) - 문화체험 : 수요일 오후(난타 등 공연), 금요일 종일(롯데월드, 남이섬 등) - 기타 프로그램 추가한다면 월, 화, 목 오후 시간 (강사료 지불로 금액 올라감)
