The above is a basic procedure how we use the institute's budget. By the way, requested by finance office, the funding mechanism of institute's budget has been changed from the academic year basis to calendar year basis, which means that currently all the institutes cannot use their budget due to the gap between academic year 2023/24 and calendar year 2024.
